Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a results-driven RGM leader to drive revenue growth by applying the five RGM principles across regional channels. The role supports planning, pricing, and performance management on a nationwide scale, collaborating with GM, commercial, and finance teams.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with MBA preferred and 3–5 years of experience in consumer goods. This is a full-time role open to candidates at Liberty locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages (CPG) industry.
• Business management experience across multiple products and channels – e.g., Retail, Food Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and performance management of annual business plan for Hyper Mass, Drug/Value, & CR channels by GM & Region.
• Monitor business performance and develop contingencies to close gaps.
• Own forecast inputs for mid-range volume and pricing for field sales and channels.
• Collaborate with retail sales teams, field sales, and category & channel teams.
