Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive shareholder value by maximizing market share, sales, and profits. You will lead trade execution by managing field personnel across a designated territory, including Staten Island and Southwest Brooklyn.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and hands-on field coaching to optimize merchandising, distribution, and relationships with customers in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales.
• Experience managing people/budgets.
• 3+ years' experience supervising sales staff.
• Packaged goods experience preferred; Some beverage experience an asset.
• Intermediate computer and database application skills.
• Ability to create and conduct sales presentations.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Coach, develop and encourage excellence from a diverse team.
• Manage sales, merchandising and distribution of a high-volume territory.
• Oversee sales, profit and operating expenses for the territory.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Monitor market execution and merchandising standards.
• Audit team timekeeping.
