• Manage long-range and annual planning processes as project quarterback.
• Lead headcount planning and build scalable workflows with monthly executive insights.
• Drive monthly and quarterly reporting cadence with cross-functional teams and consolidated data analyses.
• Tackle ambiguous questions with rigor from problem definition to execution.
• Partner with teams to drive strategic decisions by framing problems and evaluating paths.
• Craft high-quality executive presentations and materials.
