The role requires collaborating across Planning, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Deployment Ops to ensure timely delivery with minimal friction. You will design scalable processes and translate needs into system requirements with analytics partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years in S&OP, S&OE, master scheduling in a hardware/manufacturing environment.
• Track record of improving inventory, forecast accuracy, and supply reliability.
• Strong data analysis skills and ERP/planning systems experience.
• Ability to lead across functions with limited supervision.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning initiatives across planning, supply chain, product, and engineering.
• Design scalable demand, supply, and material planning processes.
• Translate planning challenges into system requirements with analytics teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to on-time delivery and waste reduction.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
