Salesforce is seeking a strong business operator to build the operating rhythm for one of its fastest-growing AI-enabled businesses. You will run planning cycles, translate strategy into budgets and forecasts, and partner with Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management, and more to align inputs.

The role requires deep analytical rigor, comfort with ambiguity, and exceptional communication to present to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, FP&A, or analytics
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort with ambiguity under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to build scalable planning and reporting processes

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive business planning cycles (quarterly/annual) with budgets and forecasts
• Program manage complex operational initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Lead forward-planning and scenario modeling for capacity and budgets
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards
• Own headcount plans, variance tracking, and planning cadence
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management, and CSG
• Identify gaps in planning processes and drive end-to-end resolutions
