Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Program & Project Manager to build the operating foundation for a high-visibility business within Agentforce Operations. You will drive planning cycles and translate strategy into actionable operational plans across finance, recruiting, TPM, data management, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes deep analytical work, scenario modeling, and scalable reporting to inform senior leadership decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, FP&A, consulting, or a comparable analytical field.
• Background in investment banking, management consulting, or startup environment preferred.
• Advanced analytical and data modeling skills; comfortable with ambiguous data.
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive business planning cycles (quarterly/annual), translating strategy into actionable plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Program manages complex operational initiatives, coordinating across cross-functional teams to track milestones and ensure end-to-end execution.
• Lead forward-planning and scenario modeling for capacity, resourcing, and budget needs.
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure and models that translate data into executive dashboards and business reviews.
• Own headcount planning, variance tracking, and correlation with planning cycles.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management, and CSG to align inputs and resolve priorities.
• Identify gaps and friction in current planning processes and drive end-to-end resolution.
