Job summary

Fireye, LLC in Derry, NH seeks a Planning Manager to lead production planning, forecasting, inventory management, and scheduling. You will align demand with material availability and capacity, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing.

The role requires guiding the Planning team, maintaining ERP data in IFS, and partnering with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to optimize schedules and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in production planning or supply chain.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment with electronics/engineered components.
• Experience with ERP/MRP; IFS preferred.
• Knowledge of SIOP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of production schedules that support demand, inventory objectives, and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage demand forecasting and production planning activities to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor production schedules, customer orders, and material availability to identify delays and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing to resolve material shortages, production constraints, and scheduling conflicts.
• Support the SIOP process by providing accurate planning forecasts and capacity assessments.
• Establish and maintain planning procedures to improve operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary planning SME for Fireye's IFS ERP system.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Planning team; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
