KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is partnering with an established manufacturing company near Nashua, NH to recruit an Inventory & Operations Planning Manager. This leadership role oversees demand forecasting, inventory control, purchasing, and production planning to drive operational performance.

You will collaborate with company leadership to improve planning processes, lead a team, and coordinate cross-functional activities to optimize supply chain effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing supply chain planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales, inventory and operations planning activities.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Oversee inventory levels, purchasing and material availability.
• Coordinate production planning with manufacturing operations.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to align business priorities.
• Manage and develop purchasing and planning staff.
• Monitor supplier performance and address material shortages.
• Support ERP planning activities and system improvements.
• Develop reporting and analysis to support operational decisions.
