Job summary

GTT is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner in Farmington, NH to develop and maintain production schedules, manage material planning, and collaborate across functions to ensure on-time customer delivery.

The role requires ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite preferred), strong Excel skills, and a background in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to regulated industries such as firearms, aerospace, or automotive.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in a related field such as Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering.
• 3 years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity.
• Manage material planning to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production resources and on-time delivery.
• Use ERP/data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
