Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant Corporation, is seeking a Planning Manager to lead site planning teams in Hollister, CA. You will optimize order flows from sales, procurement, and the shop floor, driving Lean improvements and synchronized operations to achieve best-in-class performance.

You will oversee production planners and the demand planner, own the SIOP process, and ensure effective dashboards and standard work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Lean manufacturing (TPS or equivalent).
• Experience in a matrixed environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
• Experience with financial aspects of operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP process to drive stable long-term linearity and meet revenue plan.
• Manage production planning and demand planning at the site; improve order flow.
• Drive cost control, inventory management, and capital expenditure input.
• Develop standard work and dashboards; mentor planners and ensure timely action.
• Foster Lean culture, collaboration, and accountability across departments.
• Communicate effectively with sales, shop floor, and procurement teams.
