Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant company, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead Sustaining Design Engineering and Engineering Services in Chandler, AZ. You will guide production support, design sustainment, configuration management, and root cause investigations to ensure outcomes meet product requirements and business goals.

You will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline is required.
• 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in mechanical/ordnance design engineering.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environments preferred.
• Lean/Six-Sigma principles with measurable results.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and design risk reduction tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sustaining Design Engineering and Engineering Services teams.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration across product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and robust design under cost and schedule constraints.
• Oversee configuration management and root cause investigations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to align engineering work with business goals.
