Job summary

Oracle Research Services is seeking a Strategic Planning and Organization Program Manager to support the Group Vice President. You will translate leadership priorities into coordinated action, strengthen executive communications, and improve how the organization plans, makes decisions, and follows through on commitments.

You will partner with the GVP and leadership team to develop decision-support materials, governance processes, and playbooks that drive execution across a matrixed organization,

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive experience in business operations, strategic planning, program management, or a Chief of Staff capacity.
• 6 years managing structured business processes and governance with cross-functional impacts.
• 6 years of excellent written communication with executive-ready materials.
• 5 years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support executive leadership; synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and talking points.
• Lead leadership operating rhythm; design business reviews, updates and decision forums; drive follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives; manage milestones, dependencies, and escalations.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness; develop repeatable playbooks, trackers, and templates.
• Enable clear executive communications; develop leadership communications and newsletters.
• Maintain visibility into performance; track KPIs and progress against strategic priorities.
• Build alignment across the organization with leaders across strategy, research, product, GTM, HR, IT.
