Job summary

Oracle US seeks an experienced strategic operations leader to organize priorities, coordinate executive briefings, and drive accountability across a large technology organization.

The role owns management reporting, monthly/quarterly reviews, and readiness for executive engagements with customers, analysts, and other stakeholders. You will shadow the EVP in key meetings and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business program management, operations, strategic planning, chief of staff, or related leadership roles in a technology organization.
• Proven success partnering with executive leaders and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives at organizational scale.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including preparation of executive presentations and leadership communications.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, and maintain accountability in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish organizational priorities, annual operating plans, and measurable business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional programs across product, engineering, infrastructure operations, sales, and finance.
• Own the organization’s business operating cadence with integrated financial and performance views.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting highlighting trends, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate workforce planning, hiring governance, and headcount tracking.
• Prepare for customer engagements, analyst briefings, and executive forums.
