You will join the Office of the Group Vice President and work across a matrixed organization to improve planning, decision-making, and commitment follow-through.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple functions in a matrixed org.
• Excellent written communication to create executive materials and memos.
• Strong planning, tracking, and follow-through across priorities.
• Experience supporting governance, business reviews, and recurring planning.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support executive leadership; translate priorities into actions.
• Lead leadership operating rhythm; prepare updates and decision forums.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives; manage milestones and blockers.
