Qualifications

10+ years in business operations, strategic planning, program management, or Chief of Staff roles advising senior executives.
6+ years optimizing structured business processes and cross-functional governance with demonstrated execution.
6+ years of excellent written communication, developing executive-ready materials with minimal guidance.
5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent results.

Responsibilities

Support the Group Vice President with executive decision support and leadership meeting content.
Coordinate cross-functional planning and governance to improve decision-making and follow-through.
Develop trackers, playbooks, and materials that enhance consistency and execution.
