Job summary

Oracle Research Services in Montgomery, AL seeks a Strategic Planning and Organization Program Manager to translate leadership priorities into coordinated action, strengthen executive communications, and improve how the organization plans, makes decisions, and follows through on commitments.

As part of the Office of the Group Vice President, you will partner with the GVP and cross-functional leaders to design governance, lead the leadership operating rhythm, and develop decision-ready materials

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategic planning, program management, or Chief of Staff roles with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience shaping executive governance, business reviews, and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support executive leadership, synthesize information into clear recommendations and talking points.
• Lead leadership operating rhythm, design and improve business reviews and updates, drive follow-through on decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness through process improvements, defined roles, and repeatable playbooks.
• Develop executive communications and leadership updates, tailoring messages to audience needs.
