Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand physician staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Source and attract qualified physicians through job boards, conferences, social media, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate selection best practices.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews to assess fit for skills and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer acceptance with clear communication.
• Identify best practices to improve physician recruitment processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
