Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages the full recruitment life cycle for assigned physician/provider specialties, including more complex or hard-to-fill roles.
• Acts as a primary recruitment partner to ministry leadership, delivering market intelligence and recruitment planning.
• Leads executive-level recruitment update meetings with proactive communication.
• Develops advanced, specialty-focused sourcing strategies and manages candidate interviews and site visits.
• Partners with compensation on offers and letters of intent and employment agreements.
• Performs market research and represents CHRISTUS Health at conferences and events.
• Maintains timely documentation, dashboards, and sourcing activity logs.
