Job summary

Trinity Health Georgia is seeking a dynamic Provider Recruitment Specialist to lead sourcing and interviewing for physicians and mid-level providers across the Trinity Health system. You will build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using multi-channel methods, and collaborate with System Office and ministry teams to meet growth goals.

• Familiarity with immigration, visa, and contract negotiations.
• Experience using ATS/CRM to track candidate activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviews and selection processes for providers.
• Source and engage provider candidates from diverse talent pools.
• Develop and implement innovative outreach to meet growth needs.
• Collaborate with System Office and ministries to align on candidate profiles.
