Job summary

The role focuses on full lifecycle recruitment, high-volume sourcing, proactive outreach across job boards and social media, and collaboration with GME and operations to fill opportunities quickly while upholding Trinity Health

Qualifications

• Knowledge of provider recruitment strategies and regulatory considerations.
• Experience with full lifecycle provider recruitment and high-volume sourcing.
• Familiarity with online job boards, social media recruitment, and professional networks.
• Proficient in using CRM/ATS to manage candidate pipelines and communications.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leads and facilitates interviews and selection processes with stakeholders.
• Sources and engages provider candidates from diverse talent pools.
• Develops innovative outreach strategies to meet organizational growth needs.
• Documents detailed candidate activity and maintains tracking reports.
• Partners with System Office and local teams to align candidate profiles with needs.
