Job summary

Trinity Health Georgia is seeking a seasoned provider recruitment professional to lead physician and mid-level sourcing strategies. Under the direction of the Director of Strategy, you will build diverse candidate pipelines and partner with System Office and ministry recruitment teams to meet current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of business or healthcare administration, usually via a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible healthcare recruiting experience, preferably physician/provider recruitment.
• Experience with full life-cycle provider recruitment and high-volume sourcing.
• Experience using online provider recruiting tools and social media; ability to operate multiple systems/CRM/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Leads and facilitates interviews, stakeholder meetings, and selection processes for provider recruitment.
• Sources and engages provider candidates from diverse talent pools across channels.
• Develops and implements innovative outreach and recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborates with System Office, local recruitment teams and leadership on candidate profiles and hiring decisions.
• Documents sourcing activity in ATS; maintains reports and tracks KPIs.
