Job summary

Trinity Health Georgia seeks a strategic provider recruitment professional to drive full life-cycle sourcing for physicians and mid-level providers. You will collaborate with System Office and ministry teams to build diverse candidate pipelines and fulfill growth plans across the Trinity Health network.

You will manage multi-channel sourcing, screen candidates, and present qualified prospects to leadership while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare leaders and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Must possess knowledge of business or healthcare administration with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with full life-cycle provider recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration and contract negotiations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads provider recruitment efforts and coordinates with System Office and ministry teams.
• Sours and screens physician and mid-level candidates across multiple channels.
• Maintains detailed candidate pipelines and reporting to leadership.
