• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• 2–3 years in healthcare recruitment in hospital/healthcare orgs.
• 2–3 years recruiting physicians and APPs; experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle physician/APP recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with leadership.
• Partner with senior/physician leadership to identify staffing needs.
• Ensure candidate experience is professional and timely.
