Job summary

Unknown is seeking a recruiter to place healthcare professionals across the United States. You will develop and maintain a qualified pool of candidates, coordinate presentations to client accounts, and build long-term relationships for ongoing opportunities.

You will source candidates from referrals, conferences, and other channels, screen against client standards, and manage communications on compensation, travel, housing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable HCPs from all sources, including referrals, conferences, and past candidates.
• Sell Locums opportunities to future HCPs and coordinate submissions to fill openings.
• Build and maintain an active pool of working HCPs and a steady pipeline for opportunities.
• Screen potential candidates and evaluate against client and company standards.
• Maintain monthly submissions, presentations, and outbound calls.
• Communicate about compensation, client needs, travel and housing, liability, and orientation.
• Update candidate information and pitches in ATS; ensure documents are attached.
• Develop marketing paths to attract new candidates to become working HCPs.
• Negotiate rates to maintain acceptable margins.
• Meet and strive toward annual gross revenue goals; forecast market changes and adapt strategies.
• Attend industry conventions, conferences, and workshops as required.
