WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced Recruiter to conduct, coordinate and organize physician and APC searches for the System. The role develops marketing plans, sources and screens applicants, and works with practices to interview and select candidates.

The incumbent provides coordination of initial and subsequent visits, relocation and orientation, building positive relationships with candidates and families, and partnering with administrators to meet recruitment needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years recruiting experience and experience in healthcare required.
• Healthcare experience or human services required.
• Physician recruitment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a marketing plan to recruit applicants and sources candidates.
• Coordinates interviews with practice managers and candidates; escorts candidates to interview sites.
• Assists with credentialing, licensure, and hospital privilege pre-application processes.
• Maintains candidate databases and administrative files; supports relocation and orientation.
