Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in physician recruitment, provider relations, healthcare business development, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple physician recruitment searches simultaneously.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with physicians, executives, operational leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated recruitment and provider relations partner for assigned departments and service lines.
• Manage full physician recruitment lifecycle including onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Develop recruitment strategies, build provider relationships, and identify opportunities to strengthen service line growth and patient access.
• Support provider reputation management through SocialClimb and conduct local/regional outreach.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR, Credentialing, Faculty Affairs, IT, Marketing, and other departments.
• Monitor onboarding milestones and provide reports on search activity and provider pipelines.
• Lead provider engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
