This role partners across departments to deliver superior diagnostic care. Qualified candidates bring five years in healthcare relations with supervisory exposure, plus a degree in business or health administration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in laboratory business development and relationships with healthcare providers.
• Two years' supervisory experience with leadership in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
• Valid state driver's license and auto insurance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead all In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) operations across large, multi-site client groups.
• Ensure exceptional client engagement, patient experience, and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and accreditation standards.
• Mentor, guide, and develop leaders and front-line staff.
