• Two (2) years of clinical laboratory phlebotomy/test management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication and customer service.
• Advanced computer skills and regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary resource and liaison for an assigned department with staff and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve and report to the area Supervisor; perform work at an advanced technical level.
• Engage in patient and process quality improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support staff to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.
