Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a phlebotomy leader to oversee in-office phlebotomy operations across large client groups and key accounts. You will drive patient experience, service quality, and operational excellence while guiding leaders and front-line staff.

The role focuses on collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business or healthcare administration.
• Five years of laboratory, business development and provider relationship experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience in healthcare management with lab exposure.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for auto insurance.
• ADHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead all In-Office Phlebotomy operations across large, multi-site client groups.
• Ensure exceptional client engagement, service and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
