Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; healthcare/pharma experience preferred
• Experience translating strategy into measurable programs with ROI
• Agency/vendor management experience required
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement pharmacy capabilities and ongoing management of pharmacy programs
• Support inline and future launch products with supervision of vendors
• Partner with patient support program leads to optimize operational excellence
• Develop dashboards and interpret data to assess market access trends and KPIs
• Collaborate across brand marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and finance
• Maintain SOPs, workflows, and budgets; manage external partner performance
