You will collaborate with field teams, brand marketing, market access, and cross‑functional partners to design programs that enhance patient support and drive efficient program delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in brand management or related areas, with 3+ years in patient support hubs and a strong track record in cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive brand management/marketing and/or sales/operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience with patient support hubs, specialty pharmacies and/or healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

• Support development of patient solution strategies that maximize access to therapies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Market Access, Brand Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
• Manage external partner performance, budgets, and SOPs for US patient support programs.
• Develop dashboards and analyze data to inform market access trends and hub performance.
• Lead communication strategies between field sales, marketing and reimbursement partners.
