Qualifications

• Ability to translate strategies into measurable programs with high ROI.
• Agency/vendor management experience required.
• Ability to lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement pharmacy capabilities and ongoing management of pharmacy programs.
• Support inline and future launch products; supervise vendors related to pharmacy support programs.
• Partner with existing patient support program leads, focusing on operational excellence in support of patient needs.
• Develop performance dashboards and interpret data for market access trends, hub program utilization, and KPI performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the commercial organization to design and implement pharmacy programs that support patient objectives.
• Champion an integrated approach across teams to provide best-in-class service to internal and external customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to address business issues and processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and business rules for US patient support; manage external partner performance against contracts, SOPs, and budgets.
