Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in related fields or 3+ years in strategic market access/pharmacy ops, with strong vendor management, ROI focus, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent is required.
• At least seven years in patient services ops, pharma sales, market research, or managed markets strategy; or three years in strategic market access/pharmacy ops.
• Ability to translate strategies into measurable programs with high ROI.
• Agency/vendor management experience is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and data analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement pharmacy capabilities and ongoing management of programs.
• Support inline and future launch products, supervising related vendors.
• Partner with patient support leads to optimize operations and patient service.
• Develop dashboards and interpret data for market access trends and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design programs supporting inline and launching brands.
• Drive integrated, best-in-class service offerings for internal and external customers.
• Manage SOPs, workflows, budgets, and external partner performance.
