Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Primary Program Manager to be a client-facing liaison for external partners including Reimbursement Hubs and Pharma Manufacturers. You will coordinate between customers and internal operations, drive program health, and communicate insights.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, addressing service issues, and presenting metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs (Accredo) specialty pharmacy related experience.
• 2+ yrs client management, program support, and collaboration with matrix partners.
• 1+ years of managing escalated issues and handling difficult conversations.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and strong organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external partners at all levels daily.
• Manage the relationship between aligned pharmaceutical clients, HUBs, and programs.
• Act as a liaison to answer questions about Accredo processes and mitigate escalations.
• Position Accredo externally in a professional and discreet manner.
• Develop relationships, build trust, and anticipate needs with a strategic mindset.
• Own the health and performance of the program and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Research, gather, analyze and communicate data efficiently.
• Identify trends, perform root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Understand key performance metrics and resolve delays.
• Create presentations and host meetings with leaders and manufacturers to review metrics and value.
• Work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment as a change agent.
