Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company seeks a Primary Program Manager to act as the main client-facing contact for external partners, bridging the gap to internal operations. You will own program health, manage relationships with HUBs and manufacturers, and drive process improvements while delivering data-driven updates to stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional meetings, develop strategic insights, and communicate effectively to mitigate escalations.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs (Accredo) specialty pharmacy related experience.
• 2+ yrs client management, program support, and collaboration with matrix partners preferred.
• 1+ years of managing escalated issues and handling difficult conversations professionally.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail with strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; RxHome and CSP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external partners at all levels during the workday.
• Manage the relationship between the pharmaceutical client(s), their HUBs and programs.
• Act as a liaison to address questions about Accredo processes and escalate issues.
• Position Accredo externally in a professional and discreet manner.
• Develop strong relationships with partners and anticipate needs or concerns.
• Own overall health and performance of the program and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and communicate data efficiently; track trends and root causes.
• Create presentations and lead meetings with operations leaders, HUBs, manufacturers.
