Job summary

Innovativ Pharma, Inc. seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Primary Care & Specialty in the Augusta, GA area. You will be the lead contact for physician accounts, focusing on building profitable relationships through service, product knowledge, and trust to drive sales.

The role is field-based with a focus on account plans, territory execution, and ongoing product promotion across primary care and specialty practices.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with inter-personal skills and account management experience.
• Field-based role with valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical / healthcare products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with each physician.
• Build strategic customer relationships at practices, hospitals, and clinics to foster a long-term professional relationship based on service and knowledge.
• Develop strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs for scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory to optimize performance goals.
• Maintain knowledge of product/service, market trends, regulatory changes, competitors and customers and communicate to management.
• Complete all industry pharmaceutical sales training plus CME education to stay updated.
• Review and analyze contracted product performance and adapt actions as appropriate.
• Develop alliance with the Pharma Sales Rep team to ensure cross-functional support and effective pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to relevant pharmaceutical sales regulations and company policies.
