Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative in Ocala, FL to support Boehringer Ingelheim products. You will drive demand through clinical selling to primary care physicians, build robust HCP relationships, and deliver targeted messaging.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
Ability to travel up to 20% of time (some territories may be more).
Overnight travel required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, MAs, etc.).
Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
Complete administrative items daily and maintain compliance with policies.
Coordinate routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
Demonstrate persistence toward achieving defined sales objectives.
Operate with a dependable automobile and appropriate insurance.
Collaborate with geographic partners.
