Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Account Manager in Columbus, OH to execute the sales plan and engage healthcare professionals across clinics, offices and hospitals using our engagement model. You will travel as needed and deliver strong, results-driven presentations to current and prospective customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or life sciences, 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, and 2+ years in specialty areas (Infectious disease, Rare

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record.
• 2+ years specialty sales experience, preferably in Infectious or Rare Disease, Immunology or Oncology
• Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and ability to navigate throughout complex accounts
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends

• Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets
• Deliver specific presentations of client’s product to appropriate health care professionals in both the Clinic/Office and Hospital setting by utilizing our customer engagement selling model
• Effectively utilize and manage all client approved resources to optimize customer engagement
