Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Territory Manager for Asheville West NC CMH2 to drive account-based selling across the portfolio. You will build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers and hospital accounts, leveraging Lilly’s models and tools to grow business responsibly.

You will own customer relationships, promote the full portfolio, and navigate the payer landscape to optimize access and outcomes. Requires a Bachelor's degree and US driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certification or state license if applicable.
• Account-based selling experience preferred.
• Strong learning agility, team orientation, and emotional intelligence prized.

Responsibilities

• Promote the full portfolio to multiple HCP specialties.
• Understand territory market and tailor strategy to grow business.
• Build relationships with key customers to drive utilization of Lilly medicines.
• Own customer relationships for product promotion and medical questions.
