Job summary

The role focuses on developing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term revenue growth across the pharma packaging market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales or business development in pharma packaging.
• Proven track record in strategic accounts and new business.
• Strong GMP/regulatory awareness and industry standards.
• Existing network across pharma manufacturing, procurement, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharma/ biotech manufacturers requiring glass primary packaging solutions.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across procurement, supply chain, technical operations, packaging, quality, and commercial functions.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, tenders, pricing negotiations, and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer solutions aligned with needs and company capabilities.
• Travel 50-75% to engage customers and close deals.
