Job summary

PKG Group is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new business growth in beauty, skincare, and personal care markets. You will leverage industry relationships and packaging expertise to identify opportunities, open doors, and build long‑term partnerships that expand PKG Group’s presence globally.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, forecast revenue using CRM tools, and collaborate with design and product teams to deliver packaging concepts that align with client brand identity and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, or health/wellness.
• Strong network of brand and packaging development contacts.
• Strong understanding of packaging design, materials, and production processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities with beauty, skincare, wellness, and personal care brands.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities via outreach, industry networking, and strategic follow‑up.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, pricing, negotiation, and contract close.
• Partner closely with internal design and product development teams to present tailored packaging solutions.
• Represent PKG at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
