Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
5–10 years of experience in business development or sales
Experience within the packaging industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned region.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to establish business relationships.
Attain volume and profitability targets established for assigned region.
Serve as the liaison between customers and internal stakeholders including, Procurement, Operations, and Quality.
Assess and align existing company’s assets, capabilities, and utilization to optimize network and maintain a competitive edge.
Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture of TPC.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to maintain competitive posturing.
Represent company at trade shows to further enhance image and develop additional business.
