QRC Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of capital projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will lead projects through the full lifecycle—planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout—while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, EHS, QA, validation, automation, IT/CSV, procurement, finance, and contractors, manage scope and budget, track schedules

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing capital projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification/validation, and closeout.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing engineering firms, contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants.
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital projects from initiation through completion and turnover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and governance strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Quality, Validation, Automation, IT/CSV, Procurement, Finance, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Maintain and monitor integrated project schedules and critical path activities.
• Oversee contractor selection, bid evaluations, and procurement activities.
• Track project financial performance, forecasts, cash flow, and change orders.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to management and governance teams.
• Support commissioning, qualification, validation, startup, turnover, and project closeout activities.
