Project Farma is seeking a PMO Manager/Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, CQV and startup workstreams, delivering capital projects from design through closeout in regulated life sciences environments.

You will own planning, governance, and project controls, act as the owner’s representative for client leadership, manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk, and mentor project managers while traveling domestically as required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of capital project delivery experience; 5 years as PM on $5M–$200M TIC projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Plan and manage design, construction, commissioning, startup and transition to operations.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, governance models, and project controls structures.
• Act as the owner’s representative for client leadership.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
