Job summary
QRC Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic regulatory environment.
Responsibilities include overseeing change control, project controls, and capital projects, with a strong emphasis on NPI, technology transfer, and product launches. Bilingual English/Spanish required to support diverse teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Education options include Doctorate with 2 years PM experience, or Master’s with 4 years, or Bachelor’s with 6 years, or Associate’s with 10 years, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years.
- Experience in change control management, project controls, and capital projects.
- Experience leading NPI, Technology Transfer, Process Development, Lifecycle Management, and Commercialization Programs.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from business case development through execution and product launch.
- Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, budgets, governance.
- Process validation background to support the above qualifications.
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
