Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG), a Pinnaql company, seeks a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of capital projects within regulated pharma/biotech manufacturing environments.

You will manage projects through all execution phases, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets. The role requires strong leadership, technical coordination, and collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, EHSS, Construction, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing capital projects in FDA-regulated industries.
• Experience with GMP environments and cross-functional teams.
• Experience through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Familiarity with MS Project, SAP, Planisware or Primavera.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and governance across the lifecycle.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts and risk plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet safety, schedule and budget goals.
• Manage project financials including cost tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate procurement, vendor and contractor management.
• Lead meetings and communicate status, risks and decisions.
