The role demands strong leadership, coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance, and delivering on schedule, budget, and compliance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience managing capital projects in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience guiding projects from design through closeout.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from initiation through turnover.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, milestones, governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Maintain integrated schedules and critical path activities.
• Support contractor selection, bids, procurement activities.
• Oversee design reviews and regulatory compliance.
• Track financial performance, forecasts, and change orders.
• Prepare status reports and present updates to governance.
• Support commissioning, qualification, validation, startup and turnover.
