Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects within regulated pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing environments.

You will guide projects from design through handover, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. The role requires strong leadership and both English and Spanish communication skills, with experience in GMPs, procurement, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital projects within pharmaceutical, biotech, or FDA-regulated industries.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, packaging, facilities, utilities, and regulated systems.
• Proven track record managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery, governance, and execution across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery compliant with GMP and site requirements.
• Manage project financial performance including cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Support procurement coordination, contractor and vendor management, and technical alignment.
