Job summary

You will coordinate proposals, bind coverage as appropriate, and work with carriers to ensure accurate quotations and policies. The ideal candidate holds a valid Property & Casualty license, 5+ years in commercial lines account management, and strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property and Casualty in domicile state.
• Minimum 5 years account management in insurance with focus on commercial lines.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding on coverage changes.
• Strategically develop insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Act as field underwriter and authorized representative to assess and bind coverage.
• Remarket renewals to maintain high account retention.
• Prepare client proposals, loss evaluations, risk analyses, and quotations.
• Assist clients with claims coordinating and expedites settlements.
• Review renewals and audits for accuracy; communicate discrepancies to clients.
• Identify process improvements and adopt AI tools to enhance service.
