Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center and manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling.

You will build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support clients with coverage strategy and solutions. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
